Medical obstetrician. He doctorate at the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Buenos Aires in 1903, and made membership of the Faculty of obstetric clinic in 1904, acting as Substitute Teacher of 1907 to 1909. From 1917 to 1920 he served as special and as Professor from 1920 to 1947. Founder and Director of the Institute for Parenting and Director ofRivadavia Hospital in Buenos Aires.
