Services for Verdie "Bus" Goodson, 81, Mill Creek, are 10 a.m. Monday at the Clagg Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Jim House will officiate and burial will be at Mill Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Goodson died Friday, August 26, 1983, at his home.
He was born June 11, 1902 at Al Hambra, Indian Territory and lived in the Mill Creek area all his life.
He was a rancher who married Gertie Coffee, November 6, 1926, at Sulphur. She died October 24, 1973.
Mr. Goodson was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Gail, Sulphur, and Charles, Mill Creek; two sisters, Eula Bulman, Mill Creek, and Grace Runyan, Sulphur; and three grandchildren.
