ALVIN - The Rev. Winston J. BARKER, 75, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2002.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in North Beacon Church of the Nazarene in Amarillo with the Rev. Ed Modrick and the Rev. Jerry Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Beaver, Okla. Arrangements are by Oak Park Funeral Home.
Rev. BARKER was a minister of the gospel more than 50 years. He pastored churches in Alvin and Amarillo.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; three sons, Cliff BARKER of Meridian, Mich., Keith BARKER of Burleson and Jerry BARKER of Houston; a sister, Roberta METHVIN of Alvin; two brothers, Richard BARKER of Katy and Walt BARKER of Durant, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
