The body will lie in state at the Gipson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Andrews was born in McKinney on September 12, 1886, and died Friday afternoon in a local hospital after a long illness. A former resident of Denison, she had lived in Lufkin for six months. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Andrews of Lufkin; daughters; Mrs. Margarete Gray, Mrs. Barbara Ann Williams of LaJunta, Col., and Mrs. Jo Ella Carey of Los Angeles; four sons, John D. Sallee of Fowler Col., Vernon Sallee, Albert Sallee and James Sallee all of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Clipper and Mrs. Johnnie B. Melton; 20 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Gipson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
