Funeral services for Lambert C. Ahlstrand, 84, of 23 Coolbaugh St., retired farmer, will be Wednesday, April 28, at 2 p.m. at Sellergren-Lindell Funeral Home, with the Rev. Herbert Bjorkquist officiating and burial in Essex cemetery.
Mr. Ahlstrand died Friday, April 23, at Murphy Memorial Hospital after an illness of two days. He had moved to Red Oak from Sioux City six years ago.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. John Ahlstrand, he was born at Essex, Iowa on April 10, 1887 and is survived by a brother, Nels, Herrick, S. D.; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Kersting and Mrs. Hilma Bakke, both of Sioux City.
Note: Mr Ahlstrand had never been married and had no children.
