North, Dec. 18 - Henry Williams, 84, died Friday afternoon at the Veterans' hospital at Bay Pines, Fla. He has been a patient there for four years. Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg county and had lived in Neeses all his life. He was a retired farmer and a Spanish-American war veteran. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Eulie Davis Williams; five daughters, Mrs. Sally Jackson of Livingston, Mrs. Eunice Jeffcoat of West Columbia, Mrs. Virginia McElveen of Columbia, Mrs. Bell McCollum of Denmark and Mrs. Zibbline Williams and Miss Shelby Jean Williams of Neeses; five sons, Edward and Raymond Williams of Neeses, Sampson Williams of New Holland, Marion Williams of Livingston and Bryant Williams of North; 27 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning from Beaver Creek Baptist church by the Rev. Raymond Shumpert, pastor. Interment will be in the churchyard.
