Marshall "Dean" Rickert, Jr., 39, of 1020 N. River Road, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Thursday, January 23, 1969, in Harrisburg, PA, Son of Marshall D. Rickert, Sr. of Newport and Evelyn K. Etzweiler Houtz, and her husband Steven of Dover, PA.
He worked for Higher Information Group in Harrisburg and United Parcel Service.
He was a member of the Valley's UCC in Halifax.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Denise Roush Rickert; three Daughters, Jennifer Rubendall of Millersburg, Tiffany Rickert, and Ashlee Rickert both at home; Granddaughter Madisyn Rubendall ; Step-grandmother, Margaret Houtz of York Haven; his father and mother-in-law, Clarence and Laura Roush of Halifax; a sister-in-law, Brenda Roush of Halifax.
Services will be held at Valley's UCC in Halifax on Thursday, July 24, 2008, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Kristine Heckard officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens in Halifax.
Friends will be received from 10-11 AM Thursday, July 24th at the church.
Arrangements by Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg.
