Eva was a teacher at the Indian school in Oklahoma when she met and married
John Burdette 'Leon" Larry, an Indian native that was 1/16 Cherokee, in early 1919.
Daughter Rose Mae Larry was born in December of 1919.

At the time of her death she was living in El Dorado, Union, Arkansas and her body was returned to Oklahoma for burial.
