According to History of Brown Co., IN. Edward "Wilson" Fleener married Martha May Reichard March 24, 1901. Martha's family was from Trevlac. Martha's brother, Archibald Reichard married Wilson's sister, Nancy Fleener.
Wilson and Martha made their home northwest of Bear Creek Lake. There they had five children. Four died at birth, including a set of twins. The only exception was Melva Agnes Fleener. In 1910 Wilson and Martha moved from Bear Creek to Johnson County. On April 28, 1913 Woodrow Wilson Fleener was born. On July 28, 1915, Lester Edward (Mutt), and Esther Ermina Fleener were born, twins. Carey William Fleener was born Feb. 27, 1921. Wilson and Martha are buried at Bear Creek Cemetery
