Vital Records of Brown County Indiana, 1882-2000, Volume I: Births. Compiled by Sarah Clevenger, Pauline Hoover, and Evelyn Gladding, page 63, referencing book H-4, page 12 records that Anna Ethyl Fleener was born on 27 February 1903 in Brown County to Wilson Fleener, age 22y, and Martha Reicord [sic], age 17, both born in Indiana.

Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 8, page 31 for Jackson Township, Brown County records that Infant of Wilson Fleener, white female, age about 4 hours, died around 4 p.m. on February 27, 1903 in Jackson Township. The cause of death was "Premature Birth." She was the daughter of Wilson Fleener, and Martha Reicord, both born in Indiana. The informant was her father Wilson, and she was buried at Tomey [Bear Creek] Cemetery on February 28, 1903, with a neighbor acting as undertaker.
