Wife of William Oscar Longshore. Daughter of William S. Johnson and Martha Stevens. Lula and her sisters LaRena and Euretha ("Retha") were orphaned when the buggy their parents were riding in flipped, killing them. The girls were raised by their father William Johnson's brother Silas Beavers Johnson. Lula and her husband had 3 children, only one of whom lived to adulthood.
