MARTIN ANDERSON

Martin Anderson, in his 74th year, many years a resident of this city, and earlier for years a blacksmith in Easton where he then lived, died late Tuesday at the family home, 648 Plain street, after a long illness. He was a native of Sweden and is survived by three sons, four daughters and two brothers, the latter in Sweden. He was widely known especially at Campello, and had many friends who will mourn his death.

The funeral of Martin Anderson, old-time resident of Campello and Easton, was held this afternoon at 2 from his home, 684 Plain street, Rev. Julius Hulteen of the Swedish Lutheran church officiating. There were many floral tributes from the bereaved members of the family, from friends in this city and former neighbors in Easton. Burial was in South Easton cemetery.
