Grady was born on Valentines day to Kenneth and Gaynell Carter. What a gift. He went to George Washington High School and worked at Corning Glass works until being permantly disabled in a fall. He Married Patsy Taylor Rye and had 4 step children. He was very active in his church and now abides with the Lord in heaven. He is so sadly missed.
