Mrs. Persia Viola Roberson McConkie died at the home of her daughter Mrs. Clark Jones, of a lingering illness, incidental to old age, on Wednesday, March 21.
Surviving children are: Reuben A., Brigham E., George W., Charles Virtus McConkie and Edna Jones of Vernal; Reed S., Dewey McConkie, Ethel and Edith Goodrich of Tridell; Mrs. Martha Osborne and Mrs. Floyd McNeill of Salt Lake City; three brothers, Robert F. Roberson of Salt Lake; John J. Roberson of Springville and William E. Roberson of Denver, Colorado and one sister, Mrs. Lester Bingham of Vernal.
The funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, at 1 p.m. in the Maeser Ward Chapel under the direction of Bishop Harvey McKee. Friends and relatives may call at the Swain Funeral Home prior to the services.
