Albert F. "Pete" Harman a native of Irving, Texas passed away July 13, 2009. He was born on July 23, 1922 in Irving. He was a member of Faith Temple Baptist Church and worked for The City of Irving as a Sanitation Superintendent for over 36 years. He is survived by wife Ethel Harman of Irving; nephews and nieces Tommie Tucker, Jr.; Lee Ann & husband Stephen Nelson; Charlie Mills and wife Glenda; James Riley and wife Elka; Lena Mosley; James Nixon, Sr. and wife Joyce; and many other nephews, nieces and cousins too numerous to mention. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2009 at Faith Temple Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon with Rev. Jody Nichols officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Oaks Cemetery in Mesquite. The family requests memorials to Faith Temple Baptist Church 525 Sowers Road, Irving, TX 75061
