William "Willie" Charles Barlow, II, 85, of Lenoir, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2003, at the residence.
He was born March 8, 1917, in Caldwell County to William Charles and Magalene Roberts Barlow. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Link and Henry Barlow, and a sister, Mildred Smith.
He was a retired truck driver with Wilkie Construction.
William was a member of Lower Creek Baptist Church.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII.
Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
