Aged 86 years. She was a member of Belmont Ridge Christian Church near Beallsville and was retired from Nationwide Insurance Company in Columbus, Ohio where she was a clerk. A daughter of the late John Alva and Carrie Louise (nee Jeffers) Decker. Also preceding her in death, her husband, Tom Haley; five brothers, Argyle "Dick", Park, Forrest, Arby and Doyce; two sisters, Gladys Neiswonger and Edna Hamilton. Mrs. Haley is survived by a daughter Margaret "Peggy" Mullett and a brother, Glenn Decker.
