Richard Matthew Holifield Sr., a native of Mobile and resident of Wilmer, died Thursday in a local health care facility. He was 58.
Holifield was a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Dottie Sue Holifield; one son, Robby Holifield; three daughters, Rebecca Millet, Regina Matthews, and Rittany Holifield; and one brother, David Bishop, all of Wilmer; six sisters, Annie Proctor of Graceville, Fla., Tammy Lucas of Citronelle, Linda Ford of Tennessee, and Coralee Marshall, Pearline Shirley and Vanessa Carter, all of Phenix City, Ala.; and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation is Monday from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle. A graveside service is set for Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Noma Cemetery, Noma, Fla.
Richard was the son,of Rex Hollifield and Mary Louise Langley.
