Dorothy Romigh, 89, of Beaver, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Villa St. Joseph after a short illness.

Born Sept. 23, 1918 in New Brighton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clare and Eleanor Strayer. She was a graduate of New Brighton High School and attended Geneva College. She worked at her family business, Strayer Coin Bag Company in New Brighton, for years. Dorothy was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Beaver. Over the years, she volunteered for numerous organizations, was an avid bridge player, and really enjoyed her life and loved her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lee J. Romigh, and loving sister, Marge Headland.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Cyndee (Romigh) Kimmel and husband Steve, of Enon Valley; her son, Rich Romigh of Franklin, PA; a grandson, Stephen Kimmel II, of Rochester; her niece, Linda Headland, of Beaver, and her beloved friend, Dick Cole, of Villa St. Joseph.

Friends will be received on Monday, June 30, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m. at J.T.ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., College Ave. at Second St., Beaver, www.jtanderson.com, where services will be held at 4 p.m. Private interment will take place at Beaver Cemetery.
