Don Johnston, 64, a resident of Dallas County sixty years, died Saturday at his home, 4228 South Lancaster. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. W.W. Fowler at 3 p.m. Sunday at Balch Springs Church, Mequite. Burial will be in Bennet Cemetery.
Mr. Johnston is survived by his wife; a son, N.T. Johnston; three daughters, Mrs. Bertha M. Dupree, Mrs. Thelma Parker and Miss Oleita Johnston; a brother, J.J. Johnston of Rowlett and a sister, Mrs. Laura Groves, Dallas.
Before moving to Dallas thirty years ago, Mr. Johnston lived at Mesquite.

Funeral services for Don Johnston, 64, a former citizen of Mesquite, who passed away Saturday. February 19, at his home in Lisbon, were held Sunday at the Balch Springs Church, which his father built forty years ago. The Rev. W.W. Fowler of Dallas officiated.
Mr. Johnston is survived by his wife, the former Miss Marquerite Pope; one son. Neel of Dallas; three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Mae Dupree; Mrs. Thelma parker, and Miss Oleta Johnston, Dallas; one brother, J.J. Johnston, Rowlett; one sister, Mrs. G. Groves, Dallas; and five grandchildren.
Arrangements were with J. F. McCullough.
