Ethel M. Park, 87, formerly of Saltillo, died at 11:18 p.m. Sunday, Sept 24, 1995, in the Woodland Retirement Center, Orbisonia, where she had been residing.

Born Nov 21, 1907, in Cass Township, Huntingdon Co, she was a daughter of the late Isaac and Isabel (Querry) Bowman. She was married to Guy M. Park, 21 Jul 1923. Mr. Park died Feb 28, 1971.

Surviving are a companion, Freeman Park, Saltillo; five children: Mabel Starr, Waterloo, NY; Duane Park and Carl Park, both of Mapleton RD; Wilford Park, Saltillo; and Charlotte McAllen, Willow Hill; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Hazel Ruby, Mapleton RD. Preceding her in death were a daughter, a son, and a great-grandchild, four brothers, and two sisters.

Mrs. Park attended Fairview Evangelical Church, Three Springs RD.

During her life, she was primarily a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sep 27th, at the Robert I. McClain Funeral Home, Cassville, with Pastor George Baker officiating. Interment will be in Cornelius Chapel Cemetery, Mapleton Depot. Friends may call at the funeral home today (Tuesday) from 7-9 p.m., and Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until the hour of the services.
