Bessie Colvin, 75, Deeper Life Manor, died Monday afternoon at Neosho Memorial Hospital. She was a former Humboldt resident.

Bessie Williams was born March 28, 1894, in Tuscumbia, Mo., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Williams. She married William H. Colvin, May 10, 1914, in Tuscumbia.

Mrs. Colvin was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Survivors are four sons, Leonard Colvin, 523 N. Evergreen, Raymond Colvin, 124 S. Garfield, Kenneth Colvin, Boone, Iowa and Herbert Colvin, Winfield; eight daughters, Viola Gifford, Loury City, Mo., Corrine Hibbsm LaHarpe, Myrtle Lien, Centralia, Wash., Cleo West, 634 S. Central, Emily Lien, Sumner, Wash., Rosa Rutledge, Bessie Schaible, both of Kent, Wash., and Louise Edgerle, Canton; one sister, Pearl Bowline, Kansas City; 40 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Norma Jean and a son, Wayne.
