His first marriage to Hanna Deck Deeter had three children, Joseph, Dolly and emma. Married Jan. 12, 1864, Grundy, missouri. Hannah died april 24, 1874.
2nd Marriage to a 3rd cousin Delilah Hatfield, married july 27, 1874 in Warner, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.. Had 5 children. Delila, James, Lola, Charles (My grandfather) and Walter.
