Dorothy K. Lanford, age 78, widow of Harry M. Lanford, died Sunday, June 25, 2006, in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Goldville and was the daughter of the late Holland and Irene Kelley.
Mrs. Lanford was retired from Clinton Mills after 40 years of service, was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was a beloved mother and friend.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Mary Lanford, a grandson, Ben Lanford and his wife, Allison, and great-grandson, Gus Lanford, and grandson, Will Lanford, all of Mountville; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Bingo Bragg of Laurens, granddaughter, Lisa Urbon and her husband, Johnny, of Laurens, and great-granddaughter, Chloe Urbon, grandson, Jeff Bragg of Chicago, Ill.; daughter and son-in-law, Denise Lanford and husband, Frank Gaddis, of Clinton, grandson, David Prince of Mountville and granddaughter, Lauren Prince of Clinton, stepgrandsons, Michael Gaddis of Travelers Rest and Dalton Gaddis of Clinton.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
