Mrs. Smith was born June 30, .1914 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of Lacy P. and Nine Goodman Vickers. She married Thurman Lewis on May 26, 1932 in Spanish Fork, and he died May 3, 936. She married Norman R. Smith in 1947 in Seattle.
Mrs. Smith was a toll supervisor for Mountain Bell in Salt Lake City and Seattle for 37 years. She had lived for many years in Spanish Fork.
Survivors include her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Nina) Zabriskie and Mrs. Cecil (Therma) Sellers, both of Magna; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her stepmother, Mrs. Daisy Vickers, Heber City, and one brother, Gerald Vickers, Beaver.
