He was born in Meade Co. KY March 27, 1910, the son of Charles Edward and Susie Pearl Thacker Allen. He is survived by one sister, Mrs Mona Foster, Wolf Creek and one brother Charles Joseph Allen of Indianapolis, IN.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov 25, 1969 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Jenkins Sturgeon Funeral Home with Rev. Harmon Popham officiating. Internment was in the Parr Cemetery directed by Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home
