Iva Almeda Farrens Miller, age 91, passed away November 11, 1991, Woods Cross, Utah.

Born June 10, 1900 to Thomas and Emma Kellogg Farrens, in Nodaway County, Missouri. Married William Paul Miller September 15, 1921, in Casper, Wyoming; William died February 14, 1974. She spent her early married years in Wyoming, homesteading in the Powder River area in the mid 1920's, before moving to the North Flat River Valley, north of Cheyenne. She moved to Helper, Utah in the fall of 1947, and was there until moving to Woods Cross in late 1973, where she lived until the time of her death. She was in fellowship with non-denominational Christians for many years. She had a great love for the beauties of nature, her flowers and her roses.

Survivors include children, Yvonne Shepard, Salt Lake City; William S. Miller, Bothel, Wash.; Neva Jensen, Roy; Marjorie Miller, Woods Cross; Thomas Miller, Murray; Mrs. Mark (Viva) Cloward, Woods Cross; Martha Miller, Hermosilleson, Mexico; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Nola Beisner, Lockwood, Missouri. Preceded in death by one grandson.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, 1991, 1 p.m., Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where friends may call 6-8 on Friday evening and 11:45-12:45 p.m. prior to the services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 W. 4100 S., West Valley City.
