Stella Stevenson, 68, of Leitchfield, passed away August 12, 1985 at the Grayson County Hospital. / Born in Edmonson County, she was the daughter of James Poteet and Maude Browning and wife of Elman L. Stevenson. / Survivors include her husband; three sons, Charles L., Ralph Edward, and Donnie Ray Stevenson all of Leitchfield; two daughters, Margaret Ann Langdon of Leitchfield and Nola Mae Decker of Brooks, Kentucky; three brothers, Edward Poteet of Illinois, and Noel and Walter Poteet, both of Leitchfield; and six sisters, Cleller Harp and Eller Harp, both of Bee Springs, Zella Stevenson, Maggie McClure and Ella Stevenson, all of Leitchfield and Frances McClure of West Virginia. / Funeral services were held August 16, 1985 at Watkins Funeral Home with interment in the Scott Cemetery. Bro. George Langdon officiated.
