Haggard, dear mother of Ron, Bill and Jim Haggard, grandmother of Mark, Michael, Mitch, Brian, Shane and Brad Haggard, also five great-grandchildren, sister of Gladys Scranton, Fay, James and Burl Ashley. Suddenly November 3, 2001, age 83, residence Hartwell. Friends may call at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11 A.M..
