In 1925 or 1926, the family moved to Etowah, McMinn County, TN. There she is listed with her family living on Washington Avenue North as Manda R Dills, age 10.
Her first husband was Homer Newton Williams whom she wed on May 25, 1935 in McMinn County, TN. They lived on Ohio Avenue in Etowah, McMinn County, TN.
Manda and Homer had 3 sons and one daughter; they later divorced.
Manda later married Lloyd Harding Gilliam in McMinn County, TN April 7, 1972. He was the son of Lewis Gilliam and Vera Pearl Mayes.
(Lloyd's second marriage also; his first wife was Anne Rummage. Homer remarried, this time to Della Geneva Farmer.)
