MRS. SUSIE E. COPELAND
Mrs. Susie Ellis Copeland, 73, 1203 13th Ave, Phenix City, died at 1:20 a.m. Sunday at Cobb Memorial Hospital after a one-week illness.
Mrs. Copeland was born in Phenix City, July 5, 1886, the daughter of the late Nick and Emma Lavender Ellis.
A member of Westside Baptist Church, Mrs. Copeland was the widow of J. D. Copeland.
Survivors include three sons, Douglas and Harry Green Copeland, both of Columbus and Lewis F. Copeland, Phenix City; three daughters, Mrs. Leonard Greer and Mrs. Henry Parker, both of Phenix City, and Mrs. Robert Bolt, Columbus, 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

COPELAND - Mrs. Susie Ellis Copeland, 73, of Phenix City died Sunday morning at the Cobb Memorial Hospital. She is survived by three sons, Douglas and Harry Green Copeland, both of Columbus, and Lewis F. Copeland of Phenix City; three daughters, Mrs. Leonard Greer, Mrs. Henry Parker, both of Phenix City and Mrs. Robert Bolt of Columbus; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 o'clock from the Britton & Dobbs Chapel in Phenix City with the Rev. Ned Stelle and the Rev. Fred McLendon, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Willard A. Hancock, James H. Rumph, C. D. Green, Jerry Grimes, Felton Cobb, Clyde Layfield, Jack S.
