Mrs. Ida Meyer Dies In Riesel; Funeral Today
RIESEL (SPL) -- Mrs. Ida Meyer, 81, died at 12:15 p.m. Sunday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ed Abel of Riesel. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today in Trinity Lutheran Church at Riesel. Rev. Robert Cass will officiate with burial in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Mrs. Meyer was born in Brenham but had lived in Riesel for the past 50 years. Survivors are one son, Albert Meyer of Riesel; four daughters, Mrs. Ed Abel, Mrs. P. A. Fleischhauer, both of Riesel, Mrs. Otto Klawitter of 1705 Travis, Waco, and Mrs. Anton Koester of Riesel; one sister, Henrietta Ringener of Meadeville; one brother, Fritz Vahrenkamp of Brenham; 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
