MRS. CATHERINE TROUT.
Mrs. Catherine Trout, 72, widow of Elam B. Trout, died at her home, 832 North Duke street, yesterday morning at 6:45 o'clock of complications, after an illness of one year. She was born October 16, 1855 in Lancaster county, a daughter of the late David and Louisa Hess and resided in Lancaster for the past four years. Previously she resided in Strasburg and the vicinity for many years. Her husband died six years ago. Mrs. Trout was a member of Longenecker's reformed Mennonite church. These children survive: Harry D., Springfield, Ohio; Park H., Lancaster; Cora E., at home; also three grand children; one brother, Elam Hess, who resided with Mrs. Trout. Brief funeral services will be held from the home Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and at 2:30 o'clock in Longenecker's church. Burial will be near Strasburg.
