Ruth L. Oser, age 73, formerly of 25th Street, Barberton, passed away in Pleasant View Nursing Home on Sunday, October 27, 1985.


Mrs. Oser was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church, the Ladies Catholic Benevolent Association, St. Monica Altar Society and St. Augustine Senior Citizens.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward M. and Amelia (Youngblood) Seifert; and her husband, Ollie Oser; plus a brother, Robert; and sister, Mary Evelyn. She leaves four sons; four daughters; 28 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Seifert in Barberton, Ivan Seifert in Norton, Rev. Raymond Seifert in Attica, and Richard Seifert in Barberton; sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Helen) Petit in Doylestown, Miriam Seifert in Barberton, Mrs. Regis Paridon in Doylestown, Mrs. Dick (Carol) Hoover in Indiana, Mrs. Robert (Marita) Zupke in Akron, and Mrs. Richard (Joan) Wehling in Pennsylvania.


Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at St. Augustine's Catholic Church. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Monbarren Funeral Home in Doylestown where Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Morning prayer 9:50 a.m. Wednesday.
