MR. JENKS' FUNERAL - West Philadelphia Pharmacist Was Widely Known in His Profession
It is reported that most of the prominent pharmacists of this city will attend the funeral services of William J. Jenks, the well-known druggist of West Philadelphia, who died on Friday.
The funeral will be held at eleven o'clock Tuesday morning, from his late residence, 428 South Fortieth street. Delegation will probably be present from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, of which Mr. Jenks was a trustee, and the Drug Exchange, in which he was a member of the Board of Directors.
The interment which will be private will be in Woodland Cemetery. Mr. Jenks, who was in his eighty-third year, conducted a drug store at 4045 Market street.
