Louise W. Stottlemeyer


Abbottstown - Louise W. Stottlemeyer, 79, died Saturday, April 10, 1993 at the home of her son, Robert Stottlemeyer of Abbottstown RD 1.


Born in Detour, Md., she was a daughter of the late Guy and Grace Eigenbrode Warren.

 

Her husband, the late Arnold H. Stottlemeyer died in 1961.

 

She graduated from Elmer Wolfe High School in Union Bridge, Md. In 1933.

 

Stottlemeyer was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God in Littlestown.

 

She is survived by four daughters, Janet L. Bittle and Hannah R. Miller, both of Littlestown: Kay F. Brown, of Canandaigua, N.Y. and Linda Mellinger, of Spokane, Wash.; three sons, James H. Stottlemeyer, of Gettysburg; Robert O. Stottlemeyer of Abbottstown, and Joseph W. Stottlemeyer, of Spring Grove, 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one sister, Rheas Shealer of Daytona Beach, Fla.

 

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Littles' Funeral Home, Littlestown, with Rev. Samuel A. Garrett, officiating.

 

Burial will be in [Germantown] Bethel Cemetery, Cascade, Md.

 

Friends may call at Littles Funeral Home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday.
