She was the manager of the Elizabeth Arden Department in the Stewart Department Store in Lexington until her retirement in 1972.
In 1973, she moved to Clarksville VA.
Mrs. Ratliff was the widow of Lloyd Clay Ratliff. Her survivors included her son William Frank Pugh of Lexington KY; a brother Frank Lynam of Carlilse KY; and two granddaughters, Cheryl Pugh and Mrs Monica McHanna, both of Lexington KY.
