Mrs. Barbara Ness Gallagher of 6223 Turtle Hall Dr., Wilmington, formerly of East Northport, New York died Tuesday, June 16, 1998 at her residence.
She was born in Eau Claire, WI on October 15, 1930, the daughter of the late George and Pearl Auckett Ness.
Mrs. Gallagher retired from the New York Public School System after 30 years of service as a high school teacher.
Surviving are her children, Kevin Gallagher and wife, Carol of Wilmington, and Kathlynn Gallagher of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren, Cristen and Brian; and her faithful dogs, Monique and Cherie.
