OBITUARY
Mike Scipioni, 77, of 7942 Alder Ave., Fontana, died Monday in a San Bernardino hospital. He was born in Italy and was an eight year resident of Fontana. Scipioni was a retired steelworker and a member of the Christopher Columbus Society of Alliance, Ohio. He also belonged to Resurrection Catholic Church. Survivors include his widow, Carmela, a step - son, John D. DiFalco of Riverside; five step-daughters, Mrs. Lucy Sittler of Redlands, Mrs. Mary Anthony of Highland, Mrs. Angie Scipione and Mrs. Irma Braham, both of Ohio, and Mrs. Virginia Court of Riverside; a brother, Anthony, of Ohio; and 18 grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at Stanley L. Dickey Mortuary. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. tomorrow at Resurrection Catholic Church with burial following at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
