After suffering with heart trouble for some time past, Aaron Guyer was called to the great beyond Thursday morning. He had been considered dangerously ill for some time, but had so far recovered as to be able to be up and about. Weds evening, however he was stricken again and death resulted.

Mr. Guyer was born in Hutsonville township, Nov 29, 1837 and has made his home in this neighborhood all his life. He retired from active farm work few years ago and came to this city to reside. He was 78y 2m and 25d old at the time of his demise.

Mr. Guyer was married in 1860 to Josephine Evans and to this union 4 children were born, three of whom, with the aged companion, survive. They are 2 sons, Evan of Terre Haute, IN and W. W. of Denair, CA and one daughter, Mrs Cora Reynolds of Mt. Ephraim. Besides these there are two sisters, Mrs Sarah Conrad of this place, Mrs. Malinda Spivey of West York and one brother, William who lives north of this place.

Funeral services will be held at the home in South Hutsonville this afternoon, J W Patterson, pastor of the Baptist Church will be in Charge, Interment at Guyer Cemetery.
