Mrs. Roy E. Barnes Dies; Services Set
Mrs. Barbara Markey Barnes, 24, a native of Seattle, died yesterday at her home, 608 34th Av. She had been ill about five months.
Mrs. Barnes attended Holy Names Academy and Seattle University. She was a member of the Marie L'Abbe Circle of the Association of Catholic Childhood.
Survivors are her husband, Roy Edward Barnes, a Seattle University graduate, to whom she was married in August, 1956, in New York; a son, Edward M. Barnes; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry J. Markey, and a brother, Robert M. Markey, all of Seattle, and a sister, Mrs. Lawrence V. Linnell, Tacoma.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 o'clock tomorrow night in the Bonney-Watson chapel. Requiem Mass will be said at 10 o'clock Friday in St. Teresa's Church. Burial will be in Holyrood.
