Lenora Dortch, age 83, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023. Lenora was born in Holly Springs, MS.

She is survived by four sons, John L. Dortch and Eddie B. (Patsy) Dortch of Ashland, MS, Eric S. (Terri) Dortch and Derek R. Dortch of Memphis, TN; one daughter, Trina D.M. (Joe) Lipford of Memphis, TN; 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, JT Jones, Jr., and Mark Anthony Jones of Holly Springs; sisters, Pinkie Jean Nunnally of Holly Springs, Gladys Snow of Indianapolis, IN, Luria Smith of Dallas, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Henry Dortch, and her siblings Franklin Jones, Ponce De Marvin Jones, Ossie Lee Jones, Clenton Jones, and Joseph Jones.

A visitation for Lenora will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Springdale Baptist Church, 1193 Springdale St., Memphis, TN. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM, 1193 Springdale St., Memphis, TN. A burial will occur Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Forest Hill Midtown, 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN 38106.
