Margaret (Margie) Whealen Timme, 81, of Richmond, VA, passed away on February 29th, 2024.

Margie was born in St. Louis, MO in 1942 to James J. and Catherine V. Whealen. She grew up in a family of 6 brothers and sisters and graduated from Rosati-Kain High School. In 1965, she got married to Richard R. Timme, Sr. and in 1966 became a mother with her first son, Richard, Jr. In 1968 she had her second son, James. In 1975, Margie moved to Richmond, Virginia where, in 1976, she was blessed with her third son, Kevin. She became a devoted member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church community and the K-Cettes, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus Council #395.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by her husband Richard R. Timme, Sr., her sons Richard R. Timme, Jr. (Denise), James J. Timme (Christine) and Kevin T. Timme, and her much beloved grandchildren, Jacob, Luke, William and Aaron.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on 04/13/2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Central Virginia FeedMore Foodbank at feedmore.org would be greatly appreciated.
