Solomon Snider, born August 15, 1848 [sic] died Sunday on Vine St. in Hope, aged 75 years, 1 month, 21 days. He was the son of Jeremiah and Matilda Snider. He married Martha C. Dodd March 28, 1872. Two children survive, J.O. of Hope and Mrs. John Linke of Indianapolis; and a brother and a sister. Funeral service was Tuesday at the home with burial at Hope.
