Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Pettibone Jr., Oscar, and Auther Mitchell, sisters; Elizabeth Mitchell, Launa Seeber, and Bethelene Wynn.
Mr. Mitchell is survived by brother; Roscoe Mitchell of Catlin, Illinois, sisters; Leona Robbins of Oliver Springs, and Ruth Lawson of Frost Bottom.
The burial took place in Sunset Cemetery in Danville, Illinois.
