June Margaret (Boevers) Ninman was born to Lawrence and Olga (Kolar) Boevers on June 29, 1930, in the Rock Island Community near Union City, OK.

June was a lifelong resident of the Union City community. She attended numerous country elementary schools and Union City Highschool.

June worked on the family dairy farm while raising her children, and later worked and retired from Parkview Hospital.

June enjoyed sewing and attending her children and grandchildren's events, as well as visiting with her friends at the Dairy Mart.

June is survived by her four children, Charles Ninman of Yukon, OK; Myrna (Ninman) Mansfield (Jim), Union City, OK; Gary Ninman (Lavona), of Bridge Creek. OK; Larry Ninman (Rebecca), Union City, OK. and her grandchildren: Lori McCollough, Bobby Ninman, Landon Ninman, Elizabeth Ninman, Jennifer Ninman and Lucas Ninman. She also is survived by 5 great-grandchildren: Chase Clawson, Nate Ninman, Lilly Kate Ninman, Rylee Ninman, Ryker Ninman; and by one sister-in law, Marilyn Boevers, and numerous other family and friends.

June was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Olga Boevers, and one son, Freddie Ninman; her siblings, Magelina Cox, Stella Boevers, Olga Fedderson. Viola Bosler, and Lawrence (Buddy) Boevers Jr.

The family would like to express thanks to Corn Heritage Village and Russell Murray Hospice.

A graveside service will be held at the Union City Cemetery on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 10am. Public viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 27th from 1-8pm at McNeil's Funeral Service. The family will be available to receive friends from 4-6 pm.
