Winchester--Mrs Bess Blackburn, 72, of Winchester died 4:45 a.m. Monday (July 27, 1970) at Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cunningham Funeral Home here. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband Lincoln; two sons, Richard of Winchester and Clement of Western Springs; one daughter Mrs Vivian Plowman of Winchester; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother William Templin of Winchester; one sister Mrs Walter Evans of Winchester.
