This is my dad. Edwin served as a PFC in the United States Army during World War 2.He traveled all over Europe while in the Army, which he liked to talk about later on in life. Ed was a good provider and a hard worker. He worked from the age of 16 at a glass factory up until his retirement. He became ill in 1986 and had to be put into a nursing home where he stayed until his death in 1989. He was the father of 2 daughters and was preceded in death by his wife. He also had a 2 year old grandson at the time of his death.
I apologize for this terrible picture of my father, but it's about the only one I have of him. A family member stole all the other pictures I had of him. I used to have a picture of him when he was a child that I wanted to put on here but I no longer have it. This picture of him was taken by me at the nursing home shortly before his death & he was not well. I wanted to put some sort of picture of him on here, though.

A SPECIAL THANK YOU GOES TO MY FRIEND, JAMES "JT" HANRAHAN FOR SPONSORING MY DAD'S MEMORIAL! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS! :)
