Barnhart Evangeline Blanche, 94, of Florissant, Mo., died March 28, 2005 at the Brent-Wood Nursing Center in Florissant. She was a member of Churubusco United Methodist Church and served as a volunteer for the Red Cross, Welcome Wagon and the Cancer Society. She was born Aug. 31, 1910 in Archbold, Ohio to Solomon R. and Leona (Rebeau) Clingaman. On Nov. 5, 1930 she married Irving R. Barnhart. He died Dec. 22, 1985. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Martha Barnhart of Churubusco; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Myra Talkington and Leona and Ray Page of Florissant; 5 grandchildren, Paul and Michael Barnhart, James Talkington, Jeanne Klein and LeAnn Chase; and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Minnie Brown; and 2 brothers, Laurel and Clarence Clingaman. Services Saturday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery.
