"The many friends of Mrs. Edward Landreth, nee Claire Adams, were shocked to learn of her death early Monday morning. She was buried in Mounds Cemetery (Cory) Wednesday afternoon. She leaves behind besides her husband, two small children. Everitt, age 3 and Gladys, age one. The sincere sympathy of the community is extended to her family, also her father George Adams, sisters, Mrs. Ralph Landreth and Mrs. Everitt Peyton."
Clarice was born in Nov. 1896 at Howard, Elk, Kans. and she died Oct. 23, 1918.
